Our factory specializes in the large-scale production of knitted home and apparel products, equipped with anefficient and flexilble production system to meet diverse market demands. In the fields of hats, scarves, and knittednap blankets, we employ an advanced production model that combines fully automated knitting equipment withhandcrafted finishing. Our monthly production capacity reaches 200,000 hats, 150,000 scarves, and 80,.000 napblankets, supporting customized designs and achieving a rapid sampling cycle of 7-15 days. The production line iscertified under the ls09001 Quality Management System, and we implement 12 quality inspections from raw material selection to finished product packaging to ensure compliance with international environmental standards (suchas OEKO-TEX certification). We are particularly eguipped with digital iacquard machines and inteligent cuttincsvstems, enabling, precise execution of complex pattern designs and irreqular cutting, and supporting blendedprocesses for over 30 types of materials including wool, cashmere, and organic cotton. For bulk orders, we adopflexible production management, with a 5,000-square-meter warehouse center ensuring order sorting and shippingwithin 48 hours. Our annual delivery capacity exceeds 3 milion pieces, and we also offer value-added services suchas custom logo embroidery and eco-friendly packaging, committed to providing customers with a one-stop solutionfrom R&D to delivery.
